At Pathway
we have found that the concept of conducting Management Reviews
can be confusing. We provide coaching to management who conduct
the reviews and offer suggestions for more effective meetings
and how to link the discussions and actions to the objectives
and plans of the organization. This coaching takes place before,
during and after the meetings.
Internal
Auditors often become stuck when trying to effectively carry
out the audits. We offer internal auditor coaching and perform
the audits with the internal auditors while providing feedback
and modeling of best auditing practices.
Upon completion
of our Corrective / Preventive Action Thinking workshop, we
have found that feedback and coaching people through problem
solving, builds confidence and skills. This coaching is conducted
as needed with problem solving teams or individuals.
